2. No Refunds Policy
All payments made to Quinite for Services are final and non-refundable once the Service execution has commenced.
- “Execution” means initiation of any billable work, onboarding activity, deliverable production, or allocation of resources.
- By making a payment to Quinite, you irrevocably acknowledge and agree that:
- No refunds will be issued after execution starts.
- Prepayment does not guarantee reversal under any circumstances once execution begins.
3. Cancellation Terms
- Clients may request cancellation prior to the execution start date.
- Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing to the respective Account Manager or authorized point of contact.

4. No Partial Refunds
There are no pro-rata refunds, credits, or rebates for partially rendered services after execution commencement. All fees paid remain earned by Quinite upon work initiation.

6. Payment Gateway Charges
Transaction fees, processing charges, and taxes collected by Cashfree or other payment processors are non-refundable regardless of payment status. Quinite is not responsible for third-party gateway fees.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
Quinite may, at its sole discretion, consider adjustments in extraordinary cases (e.g., billing errors, duplicate charges). Any such adjustment is not a refund but an internal credit or adjustment.
